Standard Return Policy

Returns accepted if shipped 20 days from ship date.

An Email (support@jenicezairafotografia.com) or Facebook Message needs to be sent prior to returning.

Insert invoice or number and instructions into the package.

In-store credit only. No refunds.

All Sale items are final & non-returnable.

Items (and shoe boxes) must be returned in the same condition they were received and must be unworn.

If returning shoes, use another box or shipping bag over the shoe box.

DO NOT SHIP BACK SHOES IN JUST THE SHOE BOX.

We have the right to refuse a return or exchange or apply a 25% restocking fee if deemed necessary.

Items received past return date will be donated to charity 😇

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship Monday-Friday and strive to get your order out within 24 hours on weekdays. All packages are sent USPS, and are subject to their delays. We currently ship for a flat €4.
